ENTER THAILAND (COVID-19)
Single-Entry Non B Visa for Non-Thai businessmen and investors
From 9 October 2020 Non-Thai businessmen and investors are eligible to apply for a Single-Entry Non B Visa for 90 day duration of stay in Thailand. The eligible applicants are:
1. Non-Thai businessmen who own business in Thailand and have a minimum amount of paid-up registered capital no less than 2 million baht OR Non-Thai businessmen who are invited by companies in Thailand, which have a minimum of paid-up registered capital no less than 2 million baht, to visit Thailand for business purposes.
2. Non-Thai investors who own condominium OR have deposit accounts in the banks in Thailand (with evidence of regular transfer of funds from abroad to the banks in Thailand) OR own Thai government bonds. The value of each type of the assets must not be less than 3 million baht.
Applicants are required to submit documents regarding the company, invitation letter (for those who are invited to visit Thailand for business purposes) and bank account, showing a balance of no less than 500,000 baht for the past six months.
