Ambassador of Thailand to Norway met with the Thai community in Svalbard

On 26 February 2020, H.E. Ms. Karntimon Ruksakiati, Ambassador of Thailand to Norway, visited the Thai community in Longyearbyen, a major town in Svalbard archipelago. There are about 200 Thai citizens living and working there, which is almost 10 percent of the whole population of 2,368 residence in Svalbard. Ambassador took this opportunity to have a meeting with representatives of the Thai community to see how the Embassy could facilitate greater well-being of Thai nationals.
